The town of Craig is not very big and the choice of restaurants is also quite limited. We opted for Fiesta Jalisco: a Mexican restaurant with a name that already puts you in a good mood... and not only that. The food is good, typically Tex-Mex, accompanied by excellent cocktails that flowed freely that evening. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I would say that Fiesta Jalisco allowed us to have a wonderful evening, despite the fact that Craig's prospects were not so encouraging.
