Hong Kong is full of hotels of every kind and class. Central hotels are rather expensive. If you are looking for very comfortable accommodation with a good quality/price ratio, I recommend staying at the The T Hotel. To give you an idea of what a gem this place is, I'll just tell you that not even Hong Kong taxi drivers know about the existence of this hotel. The T Hotel was created as the hotel of the city's attached hospitality school. In fact, it is entirely managed by the school, which includes students in the staff so they can learn directly in the field how to run a hotel. Obviously, the students are at your complete disposal: extremely kind and efficient, coordinated by their teachers who supervise their every move. You will therefore find a host of waiters in the breakfast room who will move your chair for you to sit down, hand you your napkin, and carefully serve you drinks. At the buffet, there are young chefs ready to cook eggs according to your preferences. The diligent waitresses stock the buffet with fresh, all homemade products: from jams to rustic bread. The rooms are beautiful, huge, with panoramic views of Hong Kong bay. Finished in every detail, they have a large bathroom with a technological polarized glass that darkens at the touch of a remote control.
The room service operates 24/7 (with super advantageous prices, as well as the minibar) so when you arrive tired at night with your flight or return late from your trip to Macau, you can, in the peace of your room, sip a glass of excellent Californian wine accompanied by a great plate of spaghetti Bolognese, freshly cooked for you. If you have the chance, I also suggest trying the traditional Chinese dinner on Fridays.
