In Kanazawa I recommend staying at the Hotel Trusty Kanazawa Korinbo.
It enjoys a very central location and will allow you to reach all the main tourist attractions on foot. It has a very high standard despite having very advantageous prices. If you arrive by car, it has a Japanese-style garage: fully automated. Upon your arrival you will only need to stop the car and get help unloading your luggage (in Japan this service is free and they do not accept tips). The parking hostess will press a button and your car will disappear and be parked automatically inside the silo. When you leave, the car will be retrieved automatically and handed to you already turned in the direction of departure!
