Wanting to party, we focused on the best restaurant in Vermilion: the Red Steakhouse. Since Vermillion is a rather small and little touristy town, we didn't have high expectations for dinner, but we were pleasantly surprised by this Steakhouse. Quite elegant with nice curtains, carpeting, and refined seats, it doesn't appear as a pretentious place. The cuisine is good and offers a fair variety. The service is professional and the atmosphere is relaxed but trendy.
