WHERE TO EAT IN HIROSHIMA
The specialty of Hiroshima is Okonomiyaki, which means "what you want, grilled".
The dish consists of a kind of crepe as a base on which are then cooked: udon, cabbage, bean sprouts, egg, pork belly, shrimp, etc. You can compose your okonomiyaki by choosing the ingredients you like best.
A certified chef (only those with a specific diploma can cook this dish) will cook your okonomiyaki on a huge grill.
Try this dish while sitting at the counter where you can watch the master chefs at work.
If you are staying at the hotel I mentioned earlier, you can find countless restaurants at the station where there are also restaurants specializing in okonomiyaki.
