WHERE TO EAT IN MADRID

For your dinner in Madrid, I recommend The Hollar. It is a fairly easy-going place, like everything in Madrid, but with hippie hints. It will be nice to dine in the summer garden taking advantage of the gentle evening breeze. The cuisine is American but with Mexican influences. The fried green tomatoes are delicious: don't miss the chance to taste them! For breakfast, I suggest Java Junction: a very nice place frequented by the villagers. While enjoying your coffee you will be immersed in a truly hippie environment.
