At Mount Koya it is possible to stay overnight at Buddhist temples. I thoroughly evaluated this possibility but due to the high cost (in my opinion excessive), I opted for a b & b. I recommend staying at Guest House Tommy: here you will find a very nice couple who will nicely welcome you . The accommodation is comfortable and the breakfast very tasty. For those who are in abstinence from Italian coffee, Tommy will be able to satisfy you with a great Nespresso coffee. The guest house is within walking distance of the main tourist attractions of Mount Koya and has free parking a short distance away.
