Hiroshima's specialty is Okonomiyaki, whose meaning is "what you want, on the grill".
The dish consists of a kind of cracks as a base on which are then cooked: udon, cabbage, bean sprouts, egg, pork belly, shrimp etc .. You can compose your okonomiyaki choosing the ingredients you like most. A certified chef (only those who have a specific diploma can cook this dish) will cook your okonomiyaki on a huge grill. I recommend you try this dish while sitting at the counter where you can watch the master chefs at work.
